Mental Health Therapy

Our Licensed, pre-licensed, and student therapists are all trained with a focus on the mental health needs of neurodivergent individuals through a neuroaffirming lens.

What is involved in Mental Health Therapy?

One of our therapists will meet with you or your family member or both for an intake session to learn more about you and what is leading you to seek therapy or assessment or both at this time. After intake, a therapist will be matched based on fit.

Sessions are typically weekly at first, though they may decrease as goals are met and change over time. You and your therapist will work together to develop your goals. Sessions may be in person in one of our offices, virtual, or both.

Sessions consist of structured or semi-structured talk therapy, play, creative expression or a combination of these depending on your unique goals and needs.

*Most insurances accepted

Clinical Interventionist Sessions

Our trained clinical interventionists guide our clients through natural, real-world practice and experiences to help integrate and generalize skills learned in individual therapy sessions to the real world.

A plan is developed with the therapist and other stakeholders to determine goals and methods to support meeting goals in the home and community.

For our clients who are Regional Center clients, Regional Center will fund these services. Otherwise, this is a private pay-only service at this time.
